Pool: 30 minute power lap swim (25 meter rounds) Gym: 5-10-15 (20 minute round) 5 pull-ups (if you are doing this at home you can swap this for chair dips) 10 push-ups 15 bodyweight squats (17 rounds in 20 minutes) Want to try this workout?
