Beat your sugar cravings with this awesome tasting weight loss shake!
Some days it’s hard to by pass by the candy, cakes and junk foods. Researches say that the average person gains 5 pounds between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Don’t worry! You can have your chocolate cravings and your skinny jeans too! Give this delicious Chocolate Peanut Butter shake a try! It’s like a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup for weight loss!
This shake is gluten free!
Make the shake:
- 2 scoops Vi-Shape Shake Mix
- 1 packet Chocolate Cardia Care Health Flavor mix (or you can substitute for coco)
- 1 tbsp. Peanut Butter
- 8 ounces non-fat milk, soy, rice or almond milk
- 4 ice cubes
Put all ingredients and blend well. Enjoy!
