In times when you can’t make your own lunch or if you are meeting friends out for lunch you can’t go wrong with Panera. I love the fact they have the calories listed right there on their menu board and most of their options are really fresh and healthy.
Take a look at my lunch (pictured below). I had a “You Pick 2″ with the Asian Chicken Salad, black bean soup, apple and water with lemon. It was more than enough food, the taste is first rate and it didn’t break my bank. I paid around $8.00 for this delicious meal. The best part is… the calorie count! 390 calories!!!
Panara’s website allows you to build your meal and it will calculate the nutrition of your meal. You can’t beat that!
So ditch the fast food and give Panera a try!
